Al-Hamra Plastic Factory was established in 2010 as a national Saudi company founded by Mr. Essam Al-Hilali. The factory was officially inaugurated by His Excellency the Minister of Commerce and Industry, Dr. Abdullah bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, reflecting our commitment to contributing to the Kingdom’s industrial growth.
Since our establishment, we have focused on producing high-quality polyethylene piping solutions that meet national and international standards while supporting sustainable water usage and infrastructure development across Saudi Arabia.
